How do I change my court date?
  • Download time waiver and continuance form. Email form to info@masoncourtoh.gov.
  • Must be requested BEFORE your hearing or it will be denied, barring emergency circumstances.
  • If you have an emergency, please provide documentation with your continuance request.
I have a warrant, how do I get a new court date?
  • Turn yourself in at Mason Municipal Court on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 a.m., if you want your case heard that day.
  • If you arrive on any other day or at any other time you will be arrested on your warrant and taken to jail.
  • If your case involves a victim, it may be continued to another date.
How do I make a payment?
  1. In person at 5950 Mason Montgomery Rd., Mason, OH 45040
  2. Online - Click "Online Payments" on the main page of the website. Look up your case by last name.
  3. By Phone - call 866-895-0198
PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. CASH, CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER ARE ACCEPTABLE.
How much do I owe?
  • Use "Record Search" on website, click on your case, scroll down to "Fines and Costs" section
I received a notice that my fines and costs are in collections, how do I pay?
  • If paying balance in full, you can make the payment at the Court.
  • If paying partial amount, you must contact 800-693-6835 to make payments.
How do I get a copy of my case file or audio recording of hearings?
  • Download "Public Records Request" form from the website
  • It can be found under "Criminal/Traffic" or "Civil" then "Forms"
  • Fill out completely and email request to info@masoncourtoh.gov
  • NOTE: We do not employ a court reporter. You must request an audio CD of your hearing and hire a court reporter to prepare a transcript for purposes of appeal or objections.
My license is suspended, what do I do to get it back?
  1. Determine why your license is suspended by contacting the BMV - see link under "Useful Links" menu on website
  2. BMV Reinstatement Fee must be paid to the BMV, not the Court
  3. If you are suspended by the Court for failure to appear/pay a ticket, you can look up your case to make payment
  4. If you are suspended by the Court as part of a sentence, you can request privileges by filing a motion
