Mason Municipal Court was established by the Ohio Legislature, in 1965. Prior to that date, there was a Mason Mayor’s Court. There have been 4 Judges of Mason Municipal Court:

• John Zopff (1966 – 1972)
• David K. Batsche (1972 – 2002)
• George Parker (2003 – 2007)
• David Andrew Batsche (2008 – Current)

Mason Municipal Court used to be held on the 2nd Floor of the former Mason City Hall (now Two Cities Pizza) at 202 W. Main Street. In 2003, we moved to the new Mason Municipal Building at 5950 Mason Mongtomery Rd.
