Contested Hearing |
The Magistrate or Acting Judge shall be appointed by the presiding Judge. The Magistrate shall be part-time and hear cases as needed. Procedure is informal and there shall be no record taken unless requested prior to the trial date. All Magistrates proceedings shall be in accordance with Civil Rule 53. WITNESSES AND EXHIBITS, IF ANY, ARE NECESSARY FOR THIS HEARING
